Classes and Tutorials

In our centre in Moycullen we offer individualised tutorials for children aged 4 to 16 yrs, Monday to Friday from 3pm during term time for only €27 per session. We make learning interesting and rewarding because we create an individualised education plan and program for each child. This means that we can take children of different ages from the same family at the same time. No two children will have the same programme. The programmes are tailored to suit the needs of the child and can include reading, maths, spelling, writting, exam skills, IT skills and much more. Generally children attend once a week for one hour and they can start at any time during the school year. We use computer programs that have been tried and tested, making learning interactive and fun.

These tutorials work quickly because they are:

Specific, a learning programme designed for your child
Measurable, to show your child’s progress –frequent written progress reports are available
Achievable, because we motivate students to learn
Relevant to the student’s age, ability and needs
Timed so each student has a set class each week and we can review progress after 6 weeks.

Because we tackle the fundamental issues as to why the child has problems learning we see results quickly. We have an open door policy for parents and children are encouraged to ask us for specific help.

Pre-school Language Group

In June, July and August we will run a pre-school language group for children who have speech and language difficulties to help prepare them for school. This programme will be based on the WellComm programme and will run over 6 weeks. The 6 sessions are on a one to one basis and costs €150 (€25 per session) and parents will be involved.
